What If There Was A Diet That Could Change Your Life Forever? (recommending beginner steps Pillar + Landing Page)
Through nearly a decade of research and self education on the human body and food, I cured my chronic migraines, fatigue, and acne.
So what's the secret?
Everyday, millions of people around the world are diagnosed with different types of chronic mental and physical illnesses. We live in a society that thinks we must automatically turn to pharmaceuticals to help cure these illnesses. Our economy thrives from profiting off these sick individuals, being fed lies on a regular basis.
What if I told you there was lifestyle that could improve our overall health and reverse many of these illnesses? I'm about to drop a lot of truth bombs here.
Allow me to introduce myself--I am the Green Feen of Nature's New Nook blog. I am a self-educated vegan lifestyle coach and writer for Nature's New Nook. For years I have been researching and educating others on the powerful impact of the vegan lifestyle. Throughout my teens years I dealt with many personal issues of body image and chronic illness. I had reached a low point in my life that I thought I would never come out of. After discovering the life changing benefits of this lifestyle, I never looked back. Now I want to help change your life. How do you get started?
Here are some of my recommendations to getting started...
- Ask yourself, what are my reasons for a life change?
- What and why do you want to change? Really take a step back and analyze factors in your life that are influencing the need for change. Do you feel healthy? Do you look healthy? Are you struggling to lose weight? Have any chronic illnesses had you reach your breaking point. Do you want to start doing your part in helping the environment?
- After identifying your reasonings, what is the outcome you hope to see from this life change?
- What kinds of results are you looking for. Is it a result of physical change? Mental change? Lifestyle change? You are in control of your results, it's about the commitment and effort you are willing to put in.
- Set SMART goals for yourself.
- What are SMART goals? To help motivate and be effective I recommend using the SMART goal criteria. These are goals that are specific, measurable, aggressive, realistic, and time-bound (SMART). Ultimately, goals that are SMART are ones that are quantifiable, have a timeline, are relevant to personal objectives, and are difficult so that they challenge individuals but are not so difficult that they are dismissed out of hand.
- Start by incorporating one plant-based meal a week
- Obviously, I don't expect people to completely transform into this lifestyle overnight. That is not how I went vegan and wasn't expecting that for you either. Start out by incorporating at least one plant based meal a week. I have tons of featured vegan recipes you can check out on my blog that I will have linked below. This is very unfamiliar territory for a lot of you so knowing where to start can be confusing.

- Rethink and Strategize your Grocery List
- This challenges many people are faced with when starting off on this lifestyle is, where and what products do I buy at the grocery store? I first recommend shopping at vegan friendly grocery stores, such as Aldi--they have tons of vegan products and for really cheap! The basics of a vegan grocery list include some type of cooking oil, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, range of basic spices, beans, lentils, rice, canned vegetable soups, quinoa, hummus, and variety of nuts. The list could go on of grocery items but this is a good start. There are endless possibilities of recipes one could make with basic vegan friendly ingredient like these.
